Neils on the move
After a year and a half of seller's angst and a month of buyer's angst, my stressed-out parents finally have a new house. They're leaving Garden City and moving back to Carthage, Mo., where they grew up. They should be relocated by mid-November.
Haven't seen it in person, but I like it from the outside. Though it looks like they might need another car.

It is beautiful. I drive through Carthage at least six times a year. I'll give a shout out the folks everytime I drive through.
