Now that the weather is (occasionally) nice again, Lexi and Norton and I have started our evening walks again. (Occasionally.)

Tonight, as she often does, Jaime joined us. We agree that our walks are much more fun now that Lexi is actually willing to WALK on the walks.

The lady on the left kindly requests that you do NOT step on her shadow.

Mmmmm. Roughage.

These days, the walks take quite a while because Lexi also takes time for a little nature discovery. Here, she displays some prized plant matter she found on the ground.

And she somehow snuck this "magic stick" in the house tonight.

Sometimes we make "nature bracelets" on walks. Lexi would love it. It's basically just masking tape wrapped around your wrist, sticky-side up. Then you stick on dandelions or cool leaves or pieces of grass or whatever other "treasures" you find, and you come home with a nature bracelet! Easy peasy. :)
